How to check Loyalty Point history of Customer?

You can check the Loyalty Point history of customers using the POS app or through the Merchant Login.

1. Using iMenu4u POS app, Tap on the hamburger () icon. Go to "Daily Operations" and select "Customer Lookup". OR Using Merchant Report, select the "Customer Lookup" option from the "Operations" section in the left navigation panel.

2. Enter the customer's details (name, mobile number, or email ID) for whom you want to search the Loyalty Point history and click the "Search" button to display the customer details.

3. Select "Rewards" section to view Earned/Redeem history of Loyalty Points in POS and Online platform.
