You can check the Order History of registered customers using the POS app or through the Merchant Login
1. Using iMenu4u POS app, Tap on the hamburger (
) icon. Go to "Daily Operations" and select "Customer Lookup". OR Using Merchant Report, select the "Customer Lookup" option from the "Operations" section in the left navigation panel.
2. Enter the customer's details (name, mobile number, or email ID) for whom you want to search the order history and click the "Search" button to display the customer details.
3. Select "Orders" section to view the order history for that particular customer.
