Restaurant owners can assign/remove user access to various features and reports based on Staff Type or specific to staff.
Access control can be done using either the Merchant login or the iMenu4u POS app.
1. If using the iMenu4u POS app, tap on the hamburger icon and navigate to Setup ==> User Access.
If using the Merchant login, select 'User Authorization' from the left navigation panel under the Setup option.
2. User access can be managed by Staff Type or for Specific Staff.
3. Click the toggle button for By Staff Type to control access based on staff type, or click By Staff Name to control access for individual staff members. Select the staff from the staff name dropdown.
4. Click the Search button to display the access control list for various features and reports.
5. Toggle the switches(ON/OFF) to enable or disable user access for specific features or options.
6. Click the Save button to apply the changes.
